Power Control Lever (PCL) and Flaps Console

The Power Control Lever & Flaps console is used to control engine power and aircraft flaps position.

Additionally, by clicking the red 'engine cutoff' switch at idle throttle, you can shut down the engine.

Operation of the flaps is done by clicking on the flaps area either with a 'plus' mouse cursor to raise the flaps or a 'minus' mouse cursor to lower the flaps.
